This is exactly what close friends of Sonali Bendre and Goldie Behl had planned for the lovely couple who tied the knot last Tuesday at a very private function at Raheja''s Classique Club in Mumbai.
The couple got married according to Arya Samaj rites and decided to keep the wedding a pretty low-key affair.
However, this does not mean that the dulha and dulhan did not look absolutely stunning.

In fact, most of Sonali''s friends and relatives were awestruck with the simplicity that made the bride look just ravishing. In a blood red Abu-Jani saree with a gold border embroidered with gota work, and some light but gorgeous jewellery, Sonali was just glowing. Goldie looked equally smashing in an Abu Jani chikan kurta.
Sonali was shooting in Hyderabad just a day earlier and had to rush back to Mumbai for the wedding ceremony.
The bride had to be coaxed by her friends to take out some time for herself and put some mehndi on her palms. Friends Aarti Surendranath and Pramod Navalkar were Sonali''s special guests at the ceremony.
The baraatis comprised some of the close common friends of the couple. Abhishek and Jaya Bachchan, Hrithik Roshan, Krishna Raj Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, Dimple Kapadia, Twinkle Khanna, Nagarjuna and Amala turned this apparently simple affair into a star-studded one.
The wedding ceremony was followed by cocktails at the JW Marriott.
